SHIPPING POLICY
All physical products will be shipped within 2-3 business days and will take 3-5 days for delivery to the customer. All digital materials will be delivered instantly via the Internet (private, secure members area) or via email (download/access links). If you have purchased a product and do not have access to the materials, or have not received it via mail, please submit a support ticket to www.ask-erik.com and including your name, telephone number, email address, and purchase receipt. Your request will be processed within 2-3 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled in writing by submitting a support ticket to www.ask-erik.com and including your name, telephone number, email address, and purchase receipt. Your request will be processed within 2-3 business days. A full refund will be given for all Stafford Marketing product within the first 30 days. Memberships will be cancelled immediately and no further recurring charges will occur. Our membership websites are a MONTHLY SERVICE and no refunds will be given on time previously purchased and access granted.

I agree not to initiate a charge back with my credit card company without first attempting to cancel by contacting Stafford Marketing and following the proper escalation channels.

RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS
Our Faster Webmaster product includes a 30 day trial to our Inner Circle coaching membership. It is free for the first 30 days, and after the first 30 days the membership renews at $49.95 every 30 days. There is no obligation and you can cancel at anytime by submitting a support ticket to www.ask-erik.com and including your name, telephone number, email address, and purchase receipt. Your request will be processed within 2-3 business days.

DUTY TO READ
I accept that under this agreement I have a duty to read this policy and have done so. I attest to this duty and sign on the order form to execute this document. Furthermore, I understand and accept I am stopped from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies so contained herein.
